Silver Sage Village Cohousing
A 30,000 square foot active adult cohousing community located in Boulder, CO. Designed in partnership with McCamant & Durrett Architects, Silver Sage Village consists of 16 units, a 5,000 sq.ft. commonhouse, active & passive solar design, shared outdoor space, and community garden & shed. Completed in 2007.
Silver Sage was recently awarded a 2008 Best of 50 Housing Award; Active Adult Housing: Attached Home Community – Overall Community : Silver by NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) as well as a 2009 AIA/AAHSA Design For Aging Review, Merit Award.
