Centennial Exterior Upgrade
Exterior face-lift to 1970's mansard roof split level house located in Centennial, CO. Design includes new entry canopy with Eco-Clad panels, wood & steel shade awnings, concrete planters & integral stairs, replacement of existing cedar shake siding with metal siding panels on mansard roof, replacement of existing T1-11 siding with true cement stucco, and xeric landscaping in front yard.
