A modern remodel & addition to an existing 850 SF second floor condo located in the Holiday Neighborhood in Boulder, CO. Work included cantilevered metal "box" addition, new exterior stairs, full interior reconfiguration, full replacement of existing vinyl windows, new corner windows in living room, new open deck railing, exterior plantings, new exterior paint, and small living roof.
