Pueblo Place Masterplanning
Pueblo Place is a phased project addressing a massive housing shortage on the Jemez reservation in New Mexico. BBA provided masterplanning services and incorporated cohousing & community design tenants to create transitional worker housing (affordable rental townhomes), single family lots, and a complete cohousing community. The project is currently undergoing internal tribal review.
